Introduction to Refunds
At ATAI Solutions, we want you to be completely satisfied with TopRanked. This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions for requesting a refund on our services.
This Refund Policy creates a contract between you ("Buyer") and ATAI Solutions ("we," "us," "our") and governs refund requests for TopRanked.
TopRanked offers a free trial period so you can evaluate the Service before committing to a paid subscription. We encourage you to fully test the platform during this time. No payment is required during the trial, and no refund is necessary if you choose not to continue.
WHERE A PRODUCT IS DIGITAL CONTENT WHICH IS IMMEDIATELY MADE AVAILABLE, BY ACCESSING OR USING THE SERVICE, YOU CONSENT TO IMMEDIATE PERFORMANCE OF THIS AGREEMENT AND ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU WILL LOSE YOUR RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL ONCE ACCESS TO THE SERVICE HAS BEGUN.
Definitions
"Service" means the TopRanked platform, including all features, tools, and integrations made available to you.
"Subscription" means a recurring payment plan (monthly or annual) granting access to the Service.
"Transaction" means the purchase of a Subscription or any other paid feature through the Service.
"Consumer" means a Buyer who is purchasing the Service wholly or mainly for personal use.
Consumer Right to Cancel
If you are a Consumer, you have the right to cancel your Subscription within 14 days of your initial purchase without giving any reason. The cancellation period will expire 14 days from the day after completion of the Transaction.
To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient that you send your communication concerning your exercise of the cancellation right before the expiration of the 14-day period.
To cancel, you must inform ATAI Solutions of your decision by contacting us at contact@topranked.app. Please include your order number and the email address used to purchase the Service.
Qualifiers and Exceptions
Your right to a refund is subject to the following qualifiers and exceptions:
Usage Thresholds
Refund eligibility is contingent upon limited use of the Service. If you exceed the following thresholds, your refund request may be denied:
Monthly Subscriptions: generation of more than 5 articles
Annual Subscriptions: generation of more than 10 articles
Any Subscription: publishing content to a connected CMS platform (WordPress, Webflow, Framer, Shopify)
Digital Content Exception
As TopRanked provides immediate access to digital content and services, your right to cancel does not apply once you have:
Accessed premium features of the Service
Generated AI-powered content
Connected third-party integrations (Google Search Console, CMS platforms)
Had significant benefit of the Service
Subscription Renewal Exception
Your right to cancel applies only following the initial Subscription purchase. Automatic renewals are not eligible for the 14-day cancellation right. To avoid renewal charges, you must cancel at least 48 hours before the end of the current billing period.
Technical Issues Exception
Refunds may be granted outside standard eligibility windows if you have experienced a significant, documented technical issue that our support team was unable to resolve within a reasonable timeframe. This exception is evaluated on a case-by-case basis at ATAI Solutions' sole discretion.
Geographic Exceptions
If you are a Consumer, you will benefit from any mandatory provisions of the law of the country in which you are resident. Nothing in this Refund Policy affects your rights as a Consumer to rely on such mandatory provisions of local law, including but not limited to statutory cooling-off periods that may differ from those stated herein.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds are provided at the sole discretion of ATAI Solutions and on a case-by-case basis.
Monthly Subscriptions
You may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase or Subscription renewal, provided that:
You have not generated more than 5 articles using the Service
You have not published content to any connected CMS platform
You have experienced a significant technical issue that our support team could not resolve
Annual Subscriptions
You may request a full refund within 30 days of your initial purchase, provided that:
You have not generated more than 10 articles using the Service
You have not published content to any connected CMS platform
You have experienced a significant technical issue that our support team could not resolve
After 30 days, annual Subscriptions are non-refundable. A prorated credit toward future services may be offered at ATAI Solutions' sole discretion.
Non-Refundable Situations
ATAI Solutions will refuse a refund request if we find evidence of:
Requests submitted after 14 days (monthly) or 30 days (annual) from the date of purchase
Accounts terminated for violation of our Terms and Conditions
Extensive use of the Service prior to the refund request
Failure to cancel before automatic Subscription renewal
Fraud, refund abuse, or other manipulative behaviour that entitles ATAI Solutions to counterclaim the refund
Dissatisfaction with AI-generated content quality after exceeding usage thresholds
Change of mind after significant use of the Service
This does not affect your rights as a Consumer in relation to Services which are not as described, faulty, or not fit for purpose.
Subscriptions and Automatic Renewal
The Service allows you to purchase access on a Subscription basis ("Paid Subscriptions"). Paid Subscriptions automatically renew until cancelled. We will notify you if the price of a Paid Subscription increases and, if required, seek your consent to continue.
If you wish to cancel your Subscription, you must do so at least 48 hours before the end of the current billing period by contacting us at contact@topranked.app. Please include your order number and the email address used to purchase the Service. Your cancellation will take effect at the next payment date. There are no refunds on unused Subscription periods.
If we cannot charge your payment method for any reason (such as expiration or insufficient funds), and you have not cancelled your Subscription, you remain responsible for any uncollected amounts. We reserve the right to cancel your Subscription if we are unable to successfully charge your payment method.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, contact us at contact@topranked.app within the eligible refund window. Please provide:
The email address associated with your account
Your order or transaction ID
The reason for your refund request
We will communicate acknowledgment of receipt of your refund request without delay. Please allow up to 5 business days for our team to review your submission.
Effect of Refund
If you cancel your Subscription or your refund is approved:
We will reimburse all payments received from you for the applicable period
Reimbursement will be processed within 7-10 business days
Funds will be returned using the same payment method as the original Transaction
You will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement
Access to paid features will be revoked upon processing
Chargebacks
If you initiate a chargeback through your bank or payment provider without first contacting ATAI Solutions, we reserve the right to:
Suspend your account immediately without notice
Dispute the chargeback with supporting documentation
Deny future access to the Service
Liaise with relevant authorities for fraud prevention purposes
We encourage you to contact us directly to resolve any billing concerns before initiating a chargeback.
Policy Changes
ATAI Solutions reserves the right at any time to modify this Refund Policy and to add new or additional terms or conditions. Such modifications will be communicated to you and, if accepted, will be effective immediately. In the event you refuse to accept such changes, ATAI Solutions will have the right to terminate your access to the Service.
Waiver and Severability
If any provision of this Refund Policy is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. ATAI Solutions' failure to act upon a breach does not waive our right to act with respect to subsequent or similar breaches.
